"Women's breasts: passion and pain"

Presentation of the book “Women’s breasts: passion and pain” by the leading plastic surgeon, PhD Pavel Denishchuk took place at the Museum of Kiev History on September 21, 2019. The book was written in collaboration with popular Ukrainian writers and experts in various fields (doctors, psychologists, sexologists, astrologers, etc.).
The purpose of the book is to convey to women the need for regular breast examinations in order to maintain women’s health, because 95% of cases of breast cancer detected at an early stage are cured.
All the money from the book’s sale is transferred to the Ukrainian charity foundation Kvitna , which is engaged in the fight against breast cancer, to purchase the necessary medical equipment at the Cancer Institute.
Presenting the book, Pavel Denishchuk focused on the problem of late diagnosis of breast cancer. The doctor spoke about important events related to untimely diagnosis.
More than 30 people got free breast diagnostics on an ultrasound machine and a mammograph at the presentation.
“Our goal is to preserve the health of women. We are trying to disseminate information about the need for breast examination in all possible ways and because of our actions, we have already saved at least one life”, commented Pavel Denishchuk.
