How is the procedure done

Ligature vaginal tightening is used for patients who are still planning to become pregnant. Italian threads are drawn through small punctures, which reduce the size of the vagina. The procedure is less traumatic, no incisions are made. After a year, the ligature threads will dissolve, and the fibrous frame created around them will remain for a few more years.
Median colporrhaphy is performed on both vaginal walls. The surgeon excises the flaps of the vaginal mucosa in the lower part, making it narrower. In parallel, the muscles of the pelvic floor are reinforced. Sometimes, for total rejuvenation of the private area, lipofilling of the perineum is performed in combination with vaginoplasty.
