What hymenoplasty is
Restoration of virginity (hymenoplasty) is a procedure for temporary restoration of virginity at any age. In girls, before their first sexual intercourse, the entrance to the vagina is covered with a mucous membrane — the hymen. Such elastic barrier can tear due to injury, improper use of tampons, intensive exercise, sloppy gynaecological examination, etc. Gynaecologists also remind that some girls have no hymen since birth, even if they have never had male sexual partners.
Virginity in girls is extremely important in eastern countries and religious families. Hymenoplasty makes it possible to restore Hymen at any age and after any number of sexual partners. Indications for hymenoplasty

What are the types of hymenoplasty?
Restoration of the hymen is performed in two ways:
● Short term. The surgeon sews the remainder of the hymen with self-absorbable threads. Such restored virginity will remain intact until the material is resolved (up to 10 days). The procedure takes up to 30 minutes, it is carried out under local anaesthesia. This method is suitable for women who would like to please their partner with new sensations. Advantages of the method: quickness of the procedure, rapid recovery, it can be performed an unlimited number of times. Drawback: the effect lasts up to 10 days.
● Long-term (three-layer). The surgeon sews three layers of the mucous membrane of the hymen remains and the mucous membrane at the entrance to the vagina. The procedure takes up to 1 hour, it is carried out under local anaesthesia. During the first sexual intercourse after surgery, 90 % of women will experience bleeding and pain, as they had during their first-time loss of virginity. Advantages of the method: duration of the result. Drawback: three-layer hymenoplasty can be performed only a few times.

How is the procedure done
A week before the surgery, a woman undergoes tests (blood, urine, hormones), an ECG, and a gynaecological examination. The day of surgery is schedules a week before the beginning of the menstrual cycle or 4–5 days after the end of menstrual bleeding.
On the day of surgery, the patient shall not drink or eat. The surgical area is anaesthetized, the remains of the hymen are sutured with self-absorbable or regular surgical sutures. Recovery takes up to 3 days after short-term hymenoplasty and up to 4 weeks after a three-layer procedure. The cost of the procedure depends on the method of procedure.

What results can be achieved with the procedure
After the procedure, the woman becomes a virgin again and can safely marry according to Eastern or religious traditions, where verification of virginity is required.
